Lap times in the Codemasters F1 2023 Game depend on many factors, including the car used or track condition. Cars also have different performance depending on the team mode. As an example, a "spec 3" car in Career Mode is faster than the "standard" (and real-world) equivalent. Hence, to compare lap times, it's recommended to always compare Time Trial lap times.
All F1Laps lap times are averages across all game modes and cars. This includes My Team and Driver Career cars that are higher performance than the baseline cars - hence F1Laps lap times can be lower than F1 or Esport records.
